The hoku dog is great, for 6.50, can't complain. Little pricy on the bowls, but good size. Place is always dead though, shares the seating area with the desert place.

Great Poke, I had the Straight from the Coast bowl, half salad, half rice. The ingredients were fresh although the salmon could have been a bit more fresh. The sauces and building your poke was great and the lady working there was very friendly. The portion to price ratio could be improved a bit but this is the price of Poke in Calgary.

Compared to other poke bars, this one is mediocre at best. First, I'd like to say that I went on the opening day, so it was pretty chaotic. They ran out of certain things and the staff seemed a little lost at times. The reason why I did not have the best experience is due to this... First, I got the last of the white rice, the server scrapped down to the very bottom of the rice pot, which meant that I got hard, crunchy rice. Second, due to seafood allergies, I had very limited choices, and I chose the Cruising chicken bowl. Third, I assumed the staff there knew what was supposed to be in the cruising chicken, and they didn't. Its one of those dishes that already had pre-determined toppings so I didn't have to choose anything, so I thought. I think at the end it was missing the seasonal fruit. Fourth, the sauce, they forgot the sauce! I was eating the bowl and noticed that it tasted bland, went back to ask for sauce, and at the end it was still bland. The rice was hard so it wasn't picking up any of the sauce. I would have given this 1 star, but since it was their first day, I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt, that I may have a better experience if I 'ever' decide to go here again. My friends all say they've had better poke bowls elsewhere also.

First time trying a Poké Bowl and it blew me away! I tried the Surf and Turf bowl and it was amazing, so many delicious ingredients all arranged beautifully. They are a bit pricy but definitely worth it, the quality is outstanding!

Service was fair. Food was not bad. Heads up, wasabi mayo is super strong

Good quality, fresh (they keep their fish in a closed fridge and cut upon order, maybe I went on slow hour), to the pricier side, but worth it... not the best poke i had, but the best in Calgary for me so far. Thanks.

Portions are fairly large. My pickled ginger had gone bad - had a weird smell to it. Could use more sauce in the bowls. But all in all the bowls are tasty.
