Great environment and people. I have been going to Headscapes for over 3 years now and I wouldn't change for anything; May is the only one I trust to work on my eyebrows. Her threading skills are amazing just like any other services she provides.
If I could give zero stars I would. I canceled my appointment with Kirsty days before my appointment. I guess something got mixed up and she never got the message that I had canceled. Instead of being professional about the situation she decided to put me on blast on her Instagram account telling people to be carful and that I am incredibly rude for not showing up, and going so far to tag my professional Instagram in the post. I dont know how you can be a no show when you cancelled your appointment. Please be carful I would hate for another women to have to deal with the childish antics of this stylist.
May was lovely. So friendly and made me feel relaxed. She did a great job with my wash, trim and style. She has an experienced hand and it shows. Also she really paid attention to what I wanted. Also did very good eyebrow threading, will definitely be returning to her.
I have been going to Headscapes and their old salon for 20 years! Before that I was switching salons all the time because I was never really happy with my cut or colour. The salon is relaxed, yet professional. Marcelle listens and provides great recommendations on styles and hair colours that suit me. I have never been disappointed. Prices are reasonable, especially for the quality. Being centrally located is great! I highly recommend you give Headscapes a try!
