Would have given a zero star rating if it wasn't for their employee Adam. Had multiple delays getting lenses. Adam had very open communication and helped get a discount for the delays.

Went today at 10:30 AM to drop off my prescription, found the store was closed. Outside the store, the hours said its open 9 am to 6 pm, so did online. Not convenient, nor reliable. Other location in NE was open as per hours, ended up driving there.
