Terrible customer service, terrible communication. I was told I would get a call from the driver prior to delivery, this never happened. They delivered my 2003 Corvette to my Mailing address. I provided the delivery address 3 times, but their driver, just dropped off the car at the wrong address, at the end of the driveway at 10:30pm, and left the lights on, dropped keys off and left. I had to drive 15 minutes to move the vehicle after their driver hung up on me, and ignored my request to bring the vehicle to the proper address. The next day I inspected the vehicle in the day light, and noticed a huge chip in the windshield. GS has ignored all requests to make this right, deliver it to the proper location, the are also ignoring the chip in the windshield saying it was not inspected when it was delivered. Yes, my 75 mother who they woke up did not inspect the where they delivered it due to their driver throwing her the keys and leaving. Multiple attempts were made to find a reasonable solution, however, all attempts have been ignored. TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE ATTITUDE, FIND ANYONE ELSE TO MOVE YOUR VEHILCE.
