I chose this dry cleaner because it is Canada goose certified cleaner, but my jacket is not get cleaned, there are still lots of marks along the arm and sides, and they told me that it is the best they can do. I am very disappointed with the result, if you want get your jacket cleaned , try somewhere else. My Jacket is only a year old, I dont wear them everyday, only when the weather is severe cold, many of my friend recommend other places, I didnt choose them just because you certified. Their jackets are a lot more dirty than mine as the teenager wear them every single day with a lot activities, but they gets all the dirt off and no such things. Yes , the rep mentioned to me that sometimes it has the whitish, not happens all the time, I took the risk because the jacket is not heavily wore, and you must have some special chemical or detergent to treat it, I didnt expect the result like that, it looks very similiar as before cleaning. I have attached some photos, if anyone doesnt mind the whitish like that, go for it. I am sorry I can not take the post down
