I bought a profitec espresso machine at espresso works a couple of years ago and have been thoroughly satisfied with that purchase. Recently I picked up a ceado grinder and I absolutely love this machine. The quality is amazing and it really is making a huge difference to our coffee experience. Robin is a wealth of knowledge but never pushy. I also find that he carries quality products at every budget level. It is also really nice to have great local service if anything goes wrong. All in all, I have found this establishment the best in town!
Picked up a new grinder here today. As my previous press/drip grinder died. Fast easy pick up. I was not having a great day (no coffee and a headache) so I did not get the employees name, though he was friendly and did manage to put a smile on my face. it looked like a very nice shop. Also the grinder I bought was 10 less than My usual supplier. I do not know why I have never gravitated to this store in the past. However, I think in the future I will be coming here more often. especially for my espresso geared items, and when I can afford to upgrade from my gaggia. Some very highly revered machines being sold here. To the man who helped me today: thank you and I swear I am friendlier and less inanimate on a regular day. Look forward to chatting with you on my next visit.
