They dismissed me from work after I had pain in my back ( and I got recovered by WCB and I was able to do my regular duties or any job ) as a result of carrying heavy bags every day for more than 11 years . Is this fair ? Especially we are in the holiday season and I am the only person who support the family and I have young children The company wants to hide the injuries it happens to show to whom it may concern that it’s a safe place to work . They have no loyalty to the workers and they treat them as slaves and any worker who complain, they dismiss him There should be a union to protect workers from the oppression and abuse of private companies
