I called Ducky's Drains on a recommendation from a friend. The reason for calling was a sewer back up. I was given a quote on the phone at the time of calling, which was great. Andy came out and I was so happy with the professionalism and that he arrived on time. In this time of Covid to have someone come into my house is scary. When Andy arrived he had on a mask, rubber gloves and sanitizing wipes that he used on anything that he touched. This relaxed me a lot. Andy had to go through the sewer for 90 feet to get to the main sewer. He inspected the sewer and proceeded to augur out the tree roots which were obstructing my sewer and on the second inspection everything was clear and clean. He was very professional and the bill came in at the quoted price. Very impressed with this Company and recommend them, I will for sure be reusing them in the future for anything that I might require having done. Great work ethic, thank you.

They were fantastic! I called late evening and Andy was here first thing in the morning and promptly unclogged our sewer lines. We are on a septic system, and rather than take the easy way out (and make a considerable mess), Andy instead worked hard to attack it form outside of the house by feeding the sewer-snake line from inside the septic tank in towards the house and successfully unclogged our lines from out there! Then he came inside to feed his camera through to show me a live video of our drain lines and where the problem area is so that I know what to do to prevent this from happening again. Overall very personable, professional service. He even used drop sheets and was concerned about not leaving any marks or getting our floors dirty. This is a small family-run business, so you know who you will be getting every time. I highly recommend their service.

Exceptional work. Very friendly. Worked diligently. Great value. Only charged for the work performed. No dilly dallying which you sometimes get with some/poor contractors. Thus the bill was very fair. Highly recommend.
Andy is very professional. The cost for the unclogging my kitchen sink is reasonable. I am very happy with his service.
