Receptionist is extremely unprofessional. When did it become ok to argue with patients? I called to confirm by the date she told me I had to. She says she would never tell me to call by then because it was on a weekend. I STILL HAVE THE MESSAGE AND SHE TOLD ME TO CALL BY JAN 24 (which was a Sunday). Told her not to bother and my referral would be sent somewhere else
