I was pretty stressed walking into the dental clinic but once I was in I started to relax. The waiting area is spacious with lots of leather chairs and sofas and the staff were friendly. The paperwork was quite extensive but if I had needed an anesthetic they would have all the info they needed to provide top notch care to me. Dr Kroetsch was friendly and knew exactly what I needed. My regular dentist had told me I might need surgery but Dr Kroetsch fixed my problem within 5 minutes. What a relief! He gave me confidence that I could follow up independently but also said I could call him and return if I needed to. I had a few qualms about how pricey my appointment would be but it was less than I had been quoted over the phone. I would Definitely recommend Dr Kroetsch to everyone.

Extremely happy with the results! I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth yanked out. I didn't feel or remember a thing! My stitches dissolved and I was back to my old self in less than a week. I paid 2022 and they took me in the next day following my consultation (of another 115). I thought it was a bit pricey but for the quality of work, it was well worth it. Thank you Dr. Kroetsch and his nurses for ending my painful experience with stubborn wisdom teeth!

Called for advice on getting a BottomTori removed, no one would talk to mr about the risks of this surgery unless i came in and paid 400.00 for just my few questions. its not a wonder these professionals live in such massive homes and drive Bentleys they help no one, they want mass amounts of money just to answer 2 questions. sickening.

Not a good experience. They did not explain which is my right to know. They scared me instead of calming me down. Some nurses teased! I do not recommend this dental office. They do not seem to know how to act professionally.
