We had very low hot water pressure and the source of the problem wasn't immediately apparent. Aaron from Done Deal came by and suggested a systematic approach to solving that problem starting at the quickest, easiest, and least expensive means. Thankfully, it worked and the problem was resolved in less than an hour. Great job.

Johnathon and Gord were awesome. Had a frozen drain after too many days of -30C weather and they came the same day I called and had it unfrozen and running perfectly within 35 mins of arrival. Amazing guys, definitely recommend and will without doubt or hesitation use him again. Massively recommend to anyone needing a plumber.
When after already having someone come out about my furnace I then discovered my bathroom sink was leaking and the valves needed to be replaced, I googled plumbers and found Done Deal. The reviews looked great so I called and they were great, even with an extremely busy day they updated me that things were behind but were still going to come and then Jonathan and Gord showed up and were able to get everything fixed up quickly especially as it was a tight space to work in. They were pleasant and courteous and answered all my questions I had about other things I had noticed about my plumbing so I could fix them myself or be prepared to get a plumber. As a single mom I not only appreciated how kind they were and their quick response but they have great prices too. Really appreciate everything you guys did and I'll definitely be calling you if I have anymore plumbing issues.
I had an issue with a blocked drain in my kitchen double sink. I called another company and after being given a fancy spiel, the cheapest option presented to me was in the ballpark of 770. Given these hard times, I asked if anything could be done as I didn't want to surpass my budget of 500. They said 580 was the best they could do. I was about to go ahead as this was my first time going through with something like this and so I had no idea of price points. I told them I wanted to shop around though as it just didn't seem right. So I did a Google search and saw that Done Deal Drain Cleaning had good reviews. I gave them a call. The lady on the phone was straight up in telling me that it would cost 195. I was shocked. I then asked her when could the job be done - she said someone would be over in 45mins! I told her it was a DONE DEAL! Scott came over and helped resolve the issue in a timely manner. I will definitely be using these guys again!
Great service. Everything was explained well before the technician was sent when I called them. Scott was the guy who came. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Fixed the clogged drain in our basement efficiently and for a fair price. Highly recommended.
