I had cause to have a corporate seal created by Dominion. The process was easy and most of the work order process could be done over the web. They sent a proof of the requested and the turnaround time was very quick once the proof was approved Although absolutely no fault of Dominion, a technical legal error occurred with the seal. When I asked them about this they made the correction and had adjusted the seal at their shop within a day of notifying them of the error. That is exceptional service and customer commitment!

Very good service. I had a custom stamp made. I ordered on a Friday and had some questions before ordering. Placed the order Friday afternoon and it was in my hands on Wednesday. Well done.
Gave seller video with the right assembly and weak embossing. Condescending seller assuming buyer did not read instructions and assembled incorrectly. The handheld stamp is hard to push, it requires two hands and is not good for anyone who has had previous injury to the arm or wrist. The slots does not lock into place at all times, it slides out at times wasting the sticker or making a mistake on the paper, which is costly. The plastic handle slips out of the handheld embosser, causing injury to the table or the person in front of you as it just slides out while pushing the embosser thus it flies out violently out of your hand. I would not recommend the handheld version embosser. Asked for a refund or exchange due to faulty design was told we are a small company. Being a small company does not fix a faulty design. Very bad customer service.

I am a licenced paralegal and a Notary Public for the Province of Ontario. I recently ordered my Notary Public seal from Dominion Rubber Stamps & Engraving. My selection was based on online reviews, available products and the price. I received my requested seal earlier today, a day sooner than the promised date. I am very satisfied by the quality of the product and more than anything, the excellent customer service. I opted to approve the design for a nominal cost of 1.50 - received an email a day after I placed the order with the draft of design, I made few changes to it, the new design with the requested changes was sent to me the same day and upon my approval, I received a phone text notification that the order is being processed with expected delivery on October 3, 2020. I received updates at the each stage of my order, from completion to shipping including Canada Post Tracking. I will definitely use this fine establishment for my future needs and have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone. I like to congratulate the management and the staff for doing a fine job and wish them success.
As a lawyer, Dominion Stamps is my favourite and most trusted source for all of my legal stamps. They do very high quality work, have excellent customer service, and are very professional.
Dominion always give great service for our club and has fast turnaround. Bob has had many great suggestions over the years and is alway a pleasure to deal with.
Great prices, great service! Due to my own personal oversight, a mistake was made and they agreed to keep the cost low to replace some of my items. Customer service was beyond what I expected, considering I was just going to pay to reorder what I needed. I would highly recommend them!!!!
