ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! This place is so underrated. I came across it on a whim while googling “roujiamo” and I’m glad to have found this place!! I order roujiamo and liangpi for takeout all the time and THEY ARE BOTH AMAZING!! The owner was also super friendly and nice I usually put the liangpi in a separate bowl when I get home for better mixing

These are the best biang-biang noodles I've had in Calgary! I love the texture of the noodles and the flavours are fantastic - especially when you add the vinegar. Make sure to eat the noodles as fresh as possible for maximum enjoyment. The stewed pork burger is so tender and moist it was truly a surprise compared to any other pork burger I've had. The owners are so kind and I always have a great experience when I get food from here! Highly recommend!!
Owner is very kind and friendly, very tasty biang biang noodle, and liangpi. I would recommend the combo A which is fantastic value and taste. There is parking on the side of the building. I will be recommending this place to people looking for Shanxi food!!
These hand made noodles are amazing!! Wicked favour and beautifully made. Owners are friendly and explain everything to you. When you get to sit down and eat here you can hear in the back ground the sound of them making the noodles which makes this place so authentic.

Absolutely incredible. I ordered the Mount Qi Pork Hand-Ripped Noodles. The texture, flavour, and quantity was on point. I'm extremely glad to have a restaurant selling biang-biang noodles at this level of quality in Calgary. The people running this place were so nice and welcoming as well. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is obsessed with bouncy, springy noodles tinged with spice and vinegar.
