Worst experience EVER - DO NOT USE - needed a windshield installed on a non-drivable car - they advertise mobile service. Called them on a Friday and made arrangements. Mon was a stat. Tuesday get a call \can you drive it in?\ - no go as the windshield was destroyed by hail. Guy tells me to cold maybe in the afternoon - no communication after that. Called on Tuesday - yes, will do it tomorrow. Paying storage fees until this windshield is fixed. Gave him the # for the person where the car is and he apparently could not get a hold of him. Its a tow company so really? Called on Thursday and still zero effort has been made to do the windshield - now they refused which I am glad as I very much doubt their integrity of anything at this time!!!

Please do not go here. I’m going to have to have my front windshield reinstalled. The seal around it isn’t set and the windshield rattles when I drive. They also gouged out chunks of the plastic interior in the installation process. As this is a public forum I won’t be posting any of my personal details, including my phone number. I can’t fathom why a business would ask me to share my personal information in such a way. I can elaborate on when I came in. I purchased a 96 Corolla and part of the sale was having the front windshield replaced. I was told to bring it to Diamond Glass. This was all under the seller’s information. This appointment, late March/early April, was when your employees damaged the vehicle.

I had a piece of glass cut at diamond glass for a china cabinet repair job. I gave them the old cracked piece as a reference, so they could accurately recreate the piece. The first time i tried to install this at my client's house, i realized they glued the metal pieces onto the wrong side of the glass! I then removed the metal pieces, reattached them in the proper places, and tried to install this for my client again. The glass was the wrong size!! It didn't fit!! I took it back and had them cut a new piece. This time, they were too lazy to take care of the metal pieces. I get to cut them off of the old piece, and do it myself again. Absolutely terrible. Very frustrated that I've spent 8 hours driving around the city, and fixing the glass piece by myself, when I paid these guys 100 to do it for me. In the future I will use a different company.

My front passenger window shattered while driving down Deerfoot. A friend of mine recommended Diamond Glass and I am very thankful that he did! As Duamond Glass has a large warehouse of stock, they were able to get me as the first appointment the next morning. The work took a couple of hours. I was able to leave my vehicle there and go to work. When I came back to pick up my vehicle I found it clean and the new window in. The ownership is friendly and transparent. Their prices are very affordable too. The price that they quoted was exactly the price that I paid. They even have complimentary cold drinks in the lobby. I hope that I don't have to come back, but if I do it will be Diamond Glass again.
