Absolutely terrible and terrifying service!!!! The driver screamed at me when asking about the amount and then proceeded to scream at me through his window at me for an easy 5mins after he was paid. When I told him to leave now as there is no business for him being here any longer and I start walking away, he gets out of his car and proceeds to aggressively walk towards me screaming and yelling at me. It took me calling the company directly (which by the way was pointless in itself as they didn't seem to care and basically told me there was nothing they could do and to call livery calgary) for him to get into his car and then he proceeds to sit in front of my house for an additional 10mins. This whole time I have people witnessing this whole thing go down never EVER AGAIN will I EVER use this company, call me crazy but I would like to feel safe and not be harassed when using a cab service. Most horrendous experience of my life.

My experience with Delta Cabs was excellent! Both the dispatcher and the driver were pleasant. The cab arrived to pick us up less than five minutes after I placed the call, and was very clean and comfortable inside. We arrived at our destination in a timely manner, and the fare was reasonable. They do an awesome job! #182

I appreciate The Delta Taxi Calgary, they have good drivers and good services as well. My first experience is very good with them. their driver Ravi, taxi number 182 was on time. Within 5 minutes I found taxi at my door step. Thank you so much Ravi. Try to keep it up this quality Delta. Because before you guys I called to another company twice but they said we will get back to you but I couldn't receive any response from them.
