I purchased a new ATV in March of 2020, and have since been back for service, parts, and accessories. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been great, and I’ve had no complaints. I’ve brought a few friends by recently who are in the market for new machines as well, and I recommend Cycle Works to anyone else who needs a new toy!

Thought I would give a local company some business instead of ordering parts off Amazon. Have frequented the parts dept before with great service, but I knew I was in for a treat when the customer ahead of me was dealing with the impatient parts lady. So now my turn, No hello, no acknowledgement. Told her what I was looking for, gave her make model and year. Told me the price. I mistaken ask asked her a question. Just received looks of annoyance and a standoffish attitude. Left store empty handed along with the empty handed customer before me. Didn't catch her name but was brunette and had those big ear ring things to stretch your ear lobes out. Guess Amazon it is, will just have to wait for the part. Date was Saturday March 27 around 130ish

Had a 2012 polaris 850 with a specialty bolt of the front of the crankshaft that needed a special tool to tighten. Brought it in and they torqued it up no hassle and free of charge. Definitely will be back again.

Super rude on the phone, inquire about a 10k quad, they can’t supply. No effort to try amd work with me, spent my share Polaris products, looks like I will have to try a new brand, or dealer . Since the foothills closed and push us to this dealer. Customer service sucks. Will have to work with another dealer that cares. Good luck sales!

From the first phone call enquiring about a bike I saw online to the last goodbye after they handed me my keys a few weeks later - everything was flawless. The guys there are friendly, very helpful, and they know their stuff. Matt in sales was the guy who helped me out, answered all my questions and went to bat for me when I needed it.
