We've lived in our house for over 10 years now and have always had a problem with storage...there is just not enough of it! Our laundry room is small with not a lot of place to put anything and always looks like a mess. Our sales rep, Lynn, had some great ideas of how to make the space more functional. Simple and classic. Exactly what we needed. Lee did the installation and made sure to ask our input when he was putting everything together. We love the finished product. We did a lot of research and at the end of the day Calgary Custom Closets had the best value and quality. We are repeat customers - we had our custom closets in our bedrooms done and then asked them back to put in an additional front storage closet and wine rack room. Our master closet was falling apart from previous owners of our house, and when it finally ripped away from the wall after just moving hangers around, I finally gave Calgary Custom Closets a call (I had scoped them out and another highly rated closet company when we moved in and ultimately wanted to support a locally owned business). I left a message about my closet disaster and Lynn called me back within hours, and scheduled an appointment to come to my home for a consultation that very weekend. She was professional, got everything measured up and listened to my needs while giving great ideas. I decided to get the front door closet done as well in addition to the master closet. I got designs from her the next day! Quotes were very reasonable. After requesting a minor design change and signing the contract I expected to wait 4-5 weeks as stated by Lynn but less than 2 weeks from my order, Kim called me to schedule an install, which was amazingly fast! From the time I signed the contract to the actual date of install took just 3 weeks. Lee was the installer and explained how he was going to work to me, and got to work right away. He was respectful of our home, tidy and very professional, and got both closets done in about a half day. It’s only been a week with my new closets but I am thrilled with them. Great designs and very functional. I have so much more space in the small front door closet (which was simply a single wire rack across prior to the redesign) and my master closet is much better suited to my needs (and much, much more likely to last and not fall apart). Excellent craftsmanship and installation. Every single staff member from this company was amazing to work with. My before/after photos speak for themselves. I would definitely come back to Calgary Custom Closets when I need redesigns of other closets in our house!
