We had a nice experience here, although when we first walked down, the sign said "Open" but the door was locked. We tried again 30 minutes later, and it was open. Once it was clear that we were buying a few bars, we were offered a few samples, all of which were really delicious!
Stopped by after a long hiatus from not working downtown. So happy to have a shop such as Coppeneur with lovely international chocolate. Please start stocking Chocolat Madagascar again if possible. Thank you!

ln response to the owner's reply after my original review, his statement is false. He never sent me any emails or refund that he stated he did. The parcel did arrive one Week after ordering instead of one business day with it marked - Standard shipping, not "Expedited one business day" which l paid 12 for. He then tried blaming the delay on Covid 19 which had absolutely nothing at all to do with the situation. This is not the type of person l patronize twice.
We just got a divine chocolate gift basket of dark chocolate- it was simply outstanding- have never tasted such fresh, decadent dark chocolate. Would highly recommend and will be my go to for future purchases!!! Simply Divine!!!

Inga, the lady at the store, is super friendly and knowledgeable about the chocolates she sells and will be glad to assist you. I will always be back and highly recommend this store.
