We hired Contempa to install carpet in our new sales office. Morley and his team were quickly available to site measure and bring samples to our office. The product was ordered and installed on time to meet our schedule. Installer was efficient and courteous to our business. No mess and no problems. Above and beyond my expectations in customer service. we had to return a product that had a manufacturing error and was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was handled. they had a couple other options I looked at but they did not fit the look for what we were doing. so we had to return the original product. No hassle, just excellent service. will definitely look to using them again in the future. I had a short time frame so could not order in a replacement.
Yay, the job is done, and done well! Just replaced the broadloom carpet in 3 areas of the house with the expertise and assistance of Contempa Flooring. In the showroom the advice was sound. We received thorough coaching on the different choices available and how they applied to our particular needs and wants. We got all the information we required to make a pressureless decision and once made, the communications regarding timelines and the installation experience were regular and flawless. Pricing was fair (I compared) and the installer was equally knowledgeable and courteous to the showroom and office team. His care and expertise were exceptional. I highly recommend Contempa to anyone looking to have flooring installed. At least pay them a visit. Really - that good an experience! David B.
We got a measurement on a Tuesday for a carpet install and back splash. Was told we would have a quote by the following Thursday. Called on the Friday and was told the sales associate was busy and would call me back. Called back four hours later again to ask for update and was passed to voicemail. Eventually got a call back and they said they would have a quote at end of day. Unfortunately I never received a quote... I wish I owned a company where I had enough business that I could not bother trying to bring in more business. Very disappointed and surprised. Was able to get a quote from a competitor 20 mins after measurement and another quote within 24 hrs after measurement.
