The atmosphere was vibrant, music was a bit loud, but cannot complaint as it was a Sat night. Shisha wasn't bad either, Menu was large with lots of options however I had my dinner elsewhere prior to visiting Cloud9, surely I will be back to try the food. They can certainly improve on their service, rest its a good little place in the Southwest.
Although I receive nice customer service, it isn't crowded and the shisha wasn't that great. The venue looks clean, but the location isn't at an attractive location.
Gurmeet the owner is one rude person. We had one of the worst experience in our entire life. DONT GO THERE. HE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY

Worst Shisha bar I’ve been to in Calgary by far. The rooms are filthy. they over charge for the room and bottle service is a must in order to be in a room, even on a slow day which is almost always. The staff and owners are rude. I’d give this place no stars if I could.
