I have been using CIP for my office equipment needs over the last 3 years. The machine they set me up with was perfect for my needs and worked well without issue. I had thought it was normal to be calling a tech every couple of weeks for help, but now I go months and months at a time without needing help. On the couple of occasions that I did need to contact the company, they responded quickly and got me back up and running right away. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for office equipment solutions.

CIP was able to guide me towards the MFP copier that made sense for our business use which has helped greatly from a productivity perspective but also a cost perspective. They also continue to support me long after the sale with training and maintenance. They have great people and their office space with all the antiques is super interesting - take a tour!
Terry, from CIP in Red Deer, came by our store, and worked tirelessly for 2 hours to resolve a difficult technical issue (communication between an older model printer and a new router). When I called him, I thought it would be a quick 15 minute fix. After 30 mins, I was ready to throw our printer through the window, and Terry on the other hand, was patient, persistent and professional! So if there was a 6-star rating, Terry would have it. He clearly knows his stuff. Thanks so much! We will be recommending him to our friends, no question!
