This company is probably the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with in my life. For the most part the people in the warehouse know what they're doing, but the warehouse manager is extremely rude. Constantly trying to tell the workers how to do their job causing the entire process to take an hour longer than it needs to, meanwhile the guys were doing it right the first time. A year ago while I was there the same manager was trying to tell his employees to give us bad sheets. One employee got so angry he quit on the spot. I will never deal with this company again, and I'm sure I'm not the only one. It was an incredible company until they hired this guy. The quality of our sheets went from near perfect to appalling. In the handful of times I've spoken with the warehouse guys it sounds like they're just as unhappy as the customers. There used to be some great guys there who were happy to help and were extremely kind and who would go out of their way to help us, these days most of the people there are inexperienced and everything they do the manager is right there watching over their shoulder instead of actually helping. The sales associates aren't much better, they promise next day sheets and when you go for a pick up they aren't ready because the sales associates seem to promising the same deal to every customer not realizing the company doesn't have the man power or the space to fulfill the order. They implemented a system where you come into the warehouse and ring a doorbell. It's a warehouse, the forklifts are going and they've moved all the employees from the front of the warehouse to the very back so you'll stand there waiting for almost an hour sometimes before anyone comes to help you because they can't hear the doorbell.
