Honestly, If you ain't white just don't bother as they won't process your application. Lots of free programs out there for colored people like us. By the way in your application it is required to state if you are a visible minority in which I thought for the sake of diversity, But in reality it is a segregation tactic pretty much like how the germans recruit fellow aryans to strengthen their brotherhood and throw the others in the gas chambers.

I served in the airforce as an avionics tech in Edmonton mainly on the c130 Hercules and closed the cold war in west Germany repairing the cf18 hornet flight simulator and assisting in pilot training. This is where I learned to teach skiing to the army ,and cycled all over Europe .
