You ever wonder what happens to those cops that are suspended with pay or put on desk assignment? Well wonder no further. They work the front desk at this location. Rude, dismissive and generally apathetic is the nicest thing I can say about the officers from this location. No matter what your issue is, unless you have to, avoid going here.

We required to go to a station to get a damage sticker for our vehicle to get repaired at the body shop. I (service manager) have done this multiple times before and know what we require to present to get this damage sticker. Officer Paczulla was not helpful at all and did not give us a damage sticker and said the other party requires attendance at the station to do this. This officer is WRONG! We went to another district straight after this one and presented the exact same documents and they were VERY helpful and we got our damage sticker. I don't know what was wrong with this Officer Paczulla. Needs more training to say the least.

I went right after work today to hand in a lost item left at my store. It was 7:50pm and the sign on their door said they close at 8. The doors were locked and when I got back in the car a man in his truck started to leave the "employee only" parking zone. Thanks for leaving early and watching me ..? You could follow what your large sign says on the doors. The police station is important, why wouldn't you have it open to the public for the full hours?

Would give 0 stars if I could. Incredibly rude officers "helping" you here. Went in twice to hand in an alarm permit for my business. No one seemed to know what was going on. Made a simple process into a time consuming task for me, time which I dont have as a new small business owner! Guess who pays your wages? The people coming in! Mayor spenshi should read these reviews and do something about this. I mean there aren't any good ones so there is obviously a problem. Give your heads a shake and stop waving around your peacock tails boys. You aren't that great!

I called concerned about my grandfather's phone being busy for five hours. The staff I spoke with was compassionate and volunteered to do a safety check. An officer called me back. He was so professional and kind. He updated me quickly with the details and we were able to then call through. I am grateful for their kindness and my peace of mind.His phone had simply been knocked of the hook.

Terrible experience calling in today. I called in just to find out what time they were open as I was instructed to go in and fill out a statement from an officer in another district. An Asian male answered the phone, and to say the least it was the most disgusting experience I have ever had with service. Said incident happened in Calgary, where I was living at the time, and this employee told me I needed to handle this at the High River department. High River said this is not the first time Calgary has done this to them and that it is not the proper procedure. This employee was extremely unsympathetic and so extremely crude to an extremely delicate situation.

The WORST guy on the phone. Told me to personally hire 1,000 more policeman to assist because I asked if the wait times of over 15 minutes were normal. Just trying to report a stolen license plate people. Calm down.
