The most incompetent airport authority in Canada. Insanely high airport improvement fees due to the money they waste on poorly designed facilities (especially the new Intl Terminal). Parking lots are overpriced and poorly run and don't adjust rates based on market trends. They eliminated the prior 30 min free parking and that's created bad traffic congestion in arrivals. Terribly run airport.

Always a pleasant experience traveling through this airport as it's very well managed, clean and organized. Very easy to navigate. Numerous staff on place to help you with whatever you might need for your travelling. Shops, coffee shops and restaurants are available. Rental cars available and close to departure/arrivals.

With all the problems in the world today. Despite a goverment destroying the economy under the presence of the virius. The staff of AC was spectacular.. they worked thru all the issues with a smile and GENUINE CARE. 10 starts for help when i needed it You have a life customer now

Sinage about the terminals that are closed could be a lot better. Security was good but social distancing and mask enforcment was lacking
