Original booking date was not honored. I was rescheduled and then the driver no showed on me. Rescheduled again, then the driver showed up 2 hours late. They send SMS reminders, although I'm not sure why as the driver wasn't anywhere close when the 15 minute reminder was received. The APP is SUPER buggy - was able to donate 1000 even tho my return was 11 (lol). Got my money eventually (after I apparently donate it) - pretty sure they short counted. Everything screams rip off. Would stay away.
