I saw everyone posting about this new Mexican place open in SE and I couldn't wait to experience it on my own. I'm such a fan mexican cousine and that's why I'm giving only 3 stars to this place. I tried their tacos, burrito and margarita. Margaritas was the best, the rest wasn't to authentic to Mexican Street food. However the place looks amazing - nice patio, big windows, TV screens and beautiful inside decoration. And our server Rachel was very pleasant! Thank you for your hospitality and good luck!

I really enjoyed the atmosphere - very good for a date night out. I am only giving this place a 3 star rating because the portion size VS cost does not match. I was really disappointed with the size of the enchiladas, 2 small enchiladas only with no sides for 12.00. This should be a lot bigger for that price. Any other Mexican restaurants charges maybe 2.00 more for 3 much bigger enchiladas and rice/beans on the side. Also, the tacos are very small for 5.00 each. I would suggest changing your pricing and offering 2 of the same tacos for 6.00 (and half price at happy hour). I truly feel your reviews will be better if you change the prices or sizes of your food. Overall with some small changes, my rating would change to 5 stars. The staff are very friendly, drinks are amazing and the food tastes great - its the cost VS portion size that does not work. I hope you take this feedback into consideration. Thanks, Christina
My new favourite place! Have been twice and both experiences were excellent. The food is somewhat tapas style..we like to order a variety of tacos and tostadas and try them all. Great sauces and flavours, especially love the fish taco. Really fresh taste. The drink menu has so many great options especially if you are a tequila fan. The service was also very good, everyone was very friendly and attentive. Will 100 percent be back often
Just finished lunch and we will we going back again very soon! Friendly service, tasty food, delicious cocktails. Good value for the money. Happy to see something new on 130th Ave, and experience a taste of Mexico in south Calgary!
Went here with our kids at dinner time. Drinks were good but as some of the other reviews have said it is overpriced unless you're there for happy hour. 5 for one small taco and no sides?? The shrimp taco was good but the meat in the two beef and one chicken taco I had was very dry, needed sauce with it. Server was helpful and cheerful so no complaints there.
So excited for this place and our lunch today was awesome! We arrived nice and early (11:15am) and got a table right away! Steadily filled up which is great to see! All Covid measures in place which made us feel secure and welcome! Presentation/plating of the food is outstanding! Really takes the experience to the next level. Food was fresh and vibrant! Bold flavours and a good variety of spicy, not spicy, meat, fish and veggie options! As a non-drinker I was also pleasantly surprised by the virgin cocktail options! I have the raspberry one and it was delicious. Served in a glass that made me feel included and not obviously a virgin drink! 10/10 will definitely be back for more! Thank you so much!!!
Super delicious!!! Fresh bright ingredients and the meats were very flavourful. Had the nachos and tacos Atmosphere is light and fun with the sun streaming in the windows. Music was at a comfortable level. Bar area is inviting. I recommend. So exciting having a Mexican restaurant in the south Calgary!!!
So far so good! Food is tasty, drinks are tasty. Service is good. One big thing though..... Since female ( and male) staff are working with good, it would be nice to see all those very long ( though pretty) locks tied up. Long hair is not acceptable in a good environment.
