We get wonderful medical care here. Dr. J is thorough, attentive, efficient and caring. We feel really fortunate to be patients here, and have also received great support from the other doctors in the practice when we have needed walk in appointments.

Dr. Jansen is amazing. Even after moving to Airdrie I have kept him as my family doctor. He is always respectful and actually listens. I have never felt rushed or that my problem hasn’t been fully addressed before I leave. I have had him advocate for me a number of times when I wasn’t able to or wasn’t feeling heard by other doctors. He is also great with kids.

The main reason we started going here was the previous clinic was not accessible when we needed medical concerns addressed. It was a good move to say the least. All the Doctors and staff are polite, professional,knowledgeable and efficient.

Don’t normally like leaving bad reviews, but my time at this clinic was not exactly pleasant. My health card wasn’t working, so I paid out of pocket with the intention to get a refund when my health card was activated. My health card got activated and I was asked to come into the clinic to process the refund. I had to come in 5 times before I was refunded. The first 4 times I was either told that they; 1) didn’t know how to do refunds, 2) couldn’t talk to the manager because she wouldn’t answer voice mails, 3) couldn’t remember what the manager said, 4) couldn’t do it without approval. Please keep in mind that the manager left 2 voicemails telling me come in any time and that specific instructions hand been left for the staff. I probably shouldn’t have bothered trying to get my money, the hours of time and headache it cost me just wasn’t worth it. On a side note I saw an elderly gentleman standing outside for ages, trying to reach the front desk on the phone. After a very long while he went in, sanitized and with a mask asked what he could do to be seen, only to be told to go stand outside. I truly felt bad for him. Edit: He tried calling 3 times but kept getting disconnected. My point was only that there should have been an alternative way for him to contact the front desk if the phone lines weren’t working. Instead he was sent away with no way to speak with an employee. I did feel a bit tossed around by everyone including on my initial visit but the doctor that saw me was very kind and helpful. Thank you.

Dr Doulla has been my physician since I moved to Calgary. He is very professional, knowledgeable, very kind and compassionate and always takes the time to help me and addresses all my concerns. You don’t get that with doctors anymore so it’s so nice to feel like you are in good hands. He sent a referral to a dermatologist right away as soon as he learned I had melanoma in my past, as he took that very seriously. My daughter has autism and he is so kind to her and always asks how she is doing, making sure all her needs are met as well. I never feel worried The staff at the front desk are also very nice and very professional. I always feel comfortable coming into this clinic.
