The service at Bow Cycle can’t be beat. Ben helped us out and was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to help us with each item we needed for our toddler. It took a minute to get some help but the front desk ensured someone could assist and what else would you expect on one of the warmest early-Spring days of the year. Highly recommended.

I’ve been a long time customer of bow cycle over the years and lately have been looking into upgrading my bike to something newer. Liam was helpful and approached me the day I was feeling it was the right time. He answered all my questions and found the right fit for me and even let me test ride a few different sizes. The day I came to pick it up Ty was also friendly enough to get me sorted out and also was very helpful in answering everything I had to ask about my purchase and even some trail and riding advice. Good job guys as always and I’ll be back again you have me as a customer for many more years.

Customer service inside the store was top notch. Online pickup was pretty bad, but honestly biking is all about the community so I didn't mind going inside the store after waiting for over 30 mins. If street side pick up if to priority for you, then look elsewhere. But again, I like the community of biking so that's why I still gave a 5 Star review.

Bow Cycle has a great group of staff working in their shop. Always lots of staff there to help with any questions you may have. Stock levels looked surprisingly good given the huge bike delays due to Covid.
