Located close to the corner of Glenmore and Macleod we are Calgary's first Brazilian BBQ style restaurant. At Bolero the customer is in charge of the timing on our wide selection of churrasco(skewers) to be brought to your table by our Gaucho Chefs. Green means go and Red means stop. A perfect setting for any festive occasion as we offer a wide range of different, cocktails, wine, and beer. Dining with friends and family was meant to be fun, the Brazilian way!

It is always so special when we come here. The food is amazing. All you can eat meat and pineapples. Come with an empty stomach for sure

This place is my favored. I visit a lot of restaurants but to this restaurant I constantly return again and again. The stuff is very cordial and the food they cook is so appetizing. I never miss an opportunity to have a good dinner here. Highly recommended.

Perfect evening, service, ambience and of course.... the food! The host was very pleasant when I booked a reservation. Very delicious and a delightful experience tasting the various Brazilian meats. I tried to keep the servings smaller (which you can request) so I could taste it all without over-filling myself. The buffet is really nice as well with very appealing, creative and healthy options. The management is clearly exceptional - the service and experience was outstanding. Highly recommend you save room for the coconut creme brûlée!

This is a lovely restaurant. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the food is of a really high quality. Be careful with the all you can eat as you may struggle to move for a few hours afterwards...unless you have far more self control than I have! I would highly recommend Bolero's restaurant!

I highly recommend Bolero for a great meal. I will be returning. The food is amazing and the staff is highly knowledgeable. It is a must try in Calgary. They certainly set an ambiance with there location. Even if you don't get a table, I would still sit at the bar as long as your not more than 3 people. But for couples it's great. I also recommend the Pineapple !!!!!

Awesome restaurant by chinook mall. First time eating here with the family. We had a great time. Food was delicious. Recommend trying if you haven’t.

Had a reservation for Sunday brunch. Was greeted and had excellent service. The hot and cold buffet was simple yet was always checked on by the very attentive staff. The meats came around at a decent pace as I did not have to get up for anything except for dessert. Enjoyed my visit and will definitely be back.
