I have used Blue Ribbon Plumbing since I first met Joanne at a Biz meeting in January of 2019. They have always taken good care of us and the folks we have referred them to. This morning was no exception! I was in my basement gym getting ready for a little exercise and heard what sounded like a little brook! I went into the mechanical room to investigate and hot water was pouring out of the bottom of the hot water heater! I called Joanne and by 3:30 The Amazing Jeremy had the new tank installed and we were good to go! He also looked over an issue with our humidifier and will be back on Monday to take care of it. Can't say enough good about these guys!!!

Great service and super fast response time. From start to finish the customer service was great. The technician (Jeremy) that was on site was polite and very informative, he took time to explain everything to me and keep me up to date as he worked. I would highly recommend them 10/10

I needed a dishwasher installed on short notice and Blue Ribbon was able to send a technician out in a timely manner. I assumed that an independent plumber would be able to install our dishwasher for a lower price than Lowe's (where we purchased the dishwasher), however the invoice was 30 more than Lowe's. On the phone I was told that the installation would take 1-2 hours, however, the technician was in our condo for 3 hours and I had to help with portions of the procedure. I did not think that a dishwasher installation could be that complex. Nonetheless, the job was completed, the old dishwasher was removed and I was only billed for 2 of the 3 hours.
We have used Blue Ribbon several times. They are always very responsive and very professional. Highly recommend.
