There is something ghat needs to be mentioned at that is the phenomenal customer services and care I have received at the hand of Chris Webb. Not only was he extremely pleasant to work with, he took care of me completely before I signed up and CONTINUED to follow up and provide fantastic care after as well. Working in the customer service industry myself it’s so great to see and experience this first hand. They’ve definitely earned my loyalty and they’ve got Chris to thank for it. And I can’t myself can’t thank him enough either. Just fantastic.

I did not receive my large metal container
Contacted BigSteelBox for a moving POD as well as 2 months worth of Storage. Emma was awesome to deal with from start to finish. helped me along the process and what things cost, what I need and maybe what was just optional. Just had my POD dropped off last Friday. I wasn't clear on when I needed it but Emma came to the rescue to make sure the boys got me my pod to unload in the morning. Darren showed up and was super friendly. I was his first drop of the day when I should have been late in the day. Loved the service, and the people. Thanks again Emma.
This was a perfect solution for us! Moved from an acreage and was able to store contents until new house was completed 2.5 months later. Had help with loading and unloading. I had never heard of them until a friend recommended! They were on time and professional and price was reasonable! Thx so much!!!
Easiest business I’ve ever dealt with. An actual person always answered the phone, and it was so easy to setup. Essentially I just said show up this day and bring the box here. Literally no effort to do. The box was great, easiest way to move, just load up, and they take away, store, and then deliver to your new place. Would definitely use again!
