I HOPE THEY LET ME POST ZERO STARS, BUT THEY DON'T!!! I bought a new TV for Christmas on November 13, 2020 for a delivery date of December 23, 2020. SO, I have been waiting more than 1 month and I am supposed to get a call the day before delivery, December 22, 2020, with a delivery time the next day within 3 hours. SO, I get a call tonight at 6:10pm December 22, 2020, telling me that the vendor just let them know that a TV that I PAID for OVER 1 MONTH AGO will now not be delivered to me UNTIL DECEMBER 30, 2020! MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ME, BEST BUY SUCKS!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY SOMETHING AND TRUST THEM TO HONOUR THEIR DELIVERY TIME AGAIN. YOU SUCK BEST BUY!!!! I HOPE YOU HAVE A BETTER CHRISTMAS THAN YOU GAVE ME.

I have never used Best Buy before and was not sure how it worked but I was very impressed at how efficient everything was when ordering a new vacuum.It was not in the store but came from a warehouse shipped free with Canada Post.I loved the tracking showing every step of the way progress of the order.The product is of very high quality and should last me for decades.Very happy from the start to the finish.Thanks.
Havyn was incredibly helpful in assisting me to upgrade my iPhone when Fido was being difficult about it and insisted that it couldn't happen. He spent a solid 45-60 minutes looking into the issue, making phone calls on my behalf, and eventually processing the upgrade for me all the while making sure I was receiving the best price. Definitely recommend a visit to this location!
Good use better customer service ... had to ask 3 people where the compressed air spray was ...
Convenient location for a best buy if you live in the downtown area. They pay back your underground parking if you spend 20.
