I just left the store after waiting half an hour for someone to come help me with purchasing a Traeger grill. There were no other customers, I asked for assistance and still nobody came to help. Pretty sure the salesman was named John. He was too busy chatting on the phone to come help a customer so I’ll go spend my 2000 elsewhere

Back for a second time and Aaron did not disappoint. Very knowledgeable, and I’m very happy with his advice and suggestions. Got the Traeger seasoned and ready to go for a bday bash tomorrow. Thanks again for the fast and friendly service. By far the best prices and selection in town.

Great place with knowledgeable staff. They carry a bunch of local and Canadian made products as well as some seasonings that are hard to find in Canada. Huge variety of charcoal, pellets, and wood chunks. Highly recommend.
