They did fantastic job. I hardly recommend them to my friends. Workers are super nice even they speak to my dad who doesn't speak English. I am so happy with job they did and plus reasonable price. Go Bartlett Tree go!

These people were excellent, efficient and friendly from the quotation process right through the tree pruning service at my property. Also they use a web based customer contact, appointment and payment system that's real easy to use.
Very knowledgeable and professional. Did an excellent job pruning the trees, good price, and cleaned up well. The only reason I did not give five stars is because of how aggressively I felt they were pushing extra, ongoing services. It was not just once, but a couple of times during the visit and in an email.
Half Our tree fell down after a crazy windstorm. Bartlett came by that day and took off the top to ensure safety and the next day came back and removed the whole thing. Everyone we encountered was very professional and friendly. Communication was always easy and fast. Mike and Bobby came by to finish removing some roots and did a great job. Thanks so much for the excellent work!! Highly recommend!
Last year 2019, I found lots of black dots on leaves & dead branches of my Poplar tree, call them to diagnose it. Done 2 fertilizer treatments in 2019 but even worst in this summer. Call again this year but still no further better suggestion - only keep fertilizer treatment again. Now my Poplar looks dying, no follow up. I have already paid almost 800, this company claims they are “Tree Expert”, I doubt it very much! AND NOT recommend this company to anyone, except you just want to CUT your trees!
