Bought oil filter from Auto Value and after installing it my truck lost oil pressure significantly ( dropped from 3/4 to 1/4). They didn’t want to replace it or accept the return. I also called Parts source out of curiosity and they simply said “Bring your old filter and we’ll label it faulty. If you don’t have a receipt we’ll find it on our system and give you new filter.” Huge difference in customer care. I believe the same on quality of the products I am running a 6.5 diesel freshly rebuilt by DSG Saskatoon

Very close to where I work. People are very friendly. If they don't have what you need in stock in this location, they will drive around other auto value locations and gather the parts for you.

My van broke down dua alternator and battery. They understood that just the alternator cost me plus 200 dollars. The battery just past 2 years warranty so they help me out to get a new battery with a better price. Very professional and helpful crew. Thanks!!!

The amount of times they have sold me the wrong part or tool is outrageous. When you tell them they sold you the wrong tool they won't even let you return it if the package has been opened. I suggest bringing your own part number for the parts you need and going to NAPA for the tool or else you will end up being stranded like I am right now. Truck half done but stuck with the wrong tools that they gave me.
