This driver made a illegal left turn and ran a red light nearly tboning my parents vehicle with my 1 year old brother in the backseat then aggressively swerved in and out of the lanes and turned right onto 6 st sw towards somerset without signaling causing more ppl to slam on the brakes unprofessional-5 stars
I have been using Associated for 20yrs and never had an issue (except with the app, but, that's another story) Anyways, I was tipsy coming home from the pub last and dropped my wallet in the car. An hour later, the driver came knocking on my door to return it, before I even knew it was missing. I was so happy I tipped him 20, which he tried to refuse, at first. I wonder if you folks who write bad reviews realize that your own bad behavior was probably the main contributing factor if you had bad service?
Cost me 1 1/2 hours to get my keys back we'll see how much it's going to cost me on the meter...an hour later the driver found my keys and charged me 26. Because he didn't do his Job, if it was my phone! \I didn't see anything\ bs Why would you return my keys for 26? The driver basically is doing it on purpose, because part of the job is to check his or her surroundings and always for the customer. Apparently not anymore.
The person on the phone was courteous. The cab arrive quite fast. Great driver cost of ride was fair. Great experience. I will use them whenever I need a cab !
