We purchased our Shoretel telephone system from Marshall and his team at Altitude Communications a few years back when one of our employees needed to work from home. We were all a bit apprehensive about moving to an internet based telephone system but the education and patience provided by the awesome team at Altitude made it all very seamless. Even today, there are features on a Shoretel phone system we have yet to utilize. It’s quite amazing. And on the rare occasion when we need technical support Joe or Karim are quick to respond. Marshall helped us make the switch to a VOIP telephone system easy and painless.
