Excellent service... We had some trouble with our Xerox Phaser printer recently, and Paul & Ankit were very diligent about finding the problem. Although, unfortunately, the problem was too severe to throw away any more money on it. So we got a new printer from them, and they were great about delivering it and troubleshooting the quality so it was what we expected from a new tabloid color laser. We realized we got a lemon drum at first, but Paul replaced it without hesitation. Thanks Alberta Printer Service. :-)
