I wish I had known about this place before I bought my 1st sewing machine in Canada. I bought my 2nd one here and my daughter's here as well. Very friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Her knowledge of the different machines was very helpful in choosing the best one for my sewing needs. I would absolutely recommend this store!

just basically got told to google the specifications of their embroidery machines; im assuming their a tad busy but it was super hard to get any information over the phone in regards to what their products offer as a beginner, my advice is to brush up on their products because in my experience i really just got a list of prices with no explanation;
