Nesta is an incredible teacher, it is a learning experience every time you enter a class with her. She connects you to your body inside and out and takes you deeper into your practice. Building strength stability and presence. I first fell in love with yoga because of Nesta and her teaching style. I had no idea how much yoga could offer and I am so excited to be back practicing with her again after 13 years.
