Dr Ian metcalff, good man and doctor How ever the Caledonia clinic staff and nurse practitioners are a joke They should not be able to carry the title they have, they’re rude, think they are real doctors They be better of shutting this clinic down, They have no business being open and saying They can help you. That’s why I shop and have a new doctor in hamilton. To summarize do not take your family to this clinic.

This place hasn't answered their phone in days, hasn't returned a single message OR updated their voicemail to reflect what actual day it is. I can't believe a business can operate in this fashion. Going somewhere else.
I have been trying to get an appointment at this doctor for monthsand everytime I call the phone lines are 'closed. I understand the hour changes with covid but this is ridiculous.
Dr. Tytus has always been professional and kind. I don't feel rushed for time and I feel like he listens well to my concerns.
When you call in your medications to go on a trip and they post date prescriptions for after you leave!!! Brilliant.. that’s not the first time either....
