I called to get my Sears Kenmore washing machine fixed. The gentleman was very polite and told me that a Kenmore is made by Samsung and no one will work in them. It just needed a pump changed. So although I appreciate his manners and honesty, I don’t understand why he couldn’t even try. The washer is toast otherwise.

Wade was quick, efficient, and fair, diagnosing the problem with my top loading Kenmore and helping me figure out a problem with the refrigerator. No, he doesn't service front loading Kenmore washers, like the previous reviewer said (but neither does anyone else either). I will certainly call him next time I have a problem.
Would highly recommend this company. Wade fixed my washer which I didn’t expect that it could be fixed.He is also a nice guy, fair in price and tries hard to fix things for you so if he says he is not able to fix it for you...you know it is the truth.
