Owen came to our home to maintenance our furnace. We received a message before he showed up and he was right on time. He was wearing a mask, put booties on his boots and made sure he was always physically distancing with us when explaining things about our furnace. He was thorough while cleaning our system and made sure the area was tidy when do. We would 100% recommend Darrick Davidson Mechanical to family and friends, they’re we very safe during these crazy times our world is going through and we are very thankful for that!

July 4 and July 7, 2019 - Darrick came to fix our air conditioner on a Thursday evening after 2 others did not show. I just went online to find someone in the area who did servicing 24 hours a day. Angela answered the phone and was very nice and by 7:00 pm, Darrick was at our house. He found the source of the problem and came on Sunday to fix it for us. He had to come back on Monday to fill the rest of the coolant. Darrick was courteous and answered all of our questions. We will use Darrick for all our furnace and air conditioning needs from now on. A little gem in Caledonia we didn't know about. Thank you Darrick for all you did for us. We really appreciated it. We will let others know. Jo-Ann and Peter
Owen was very conscientious and professional. He wore a mask and put down mats to keep our floors clean. He is also very knowledgeable as we had questions. I would highly recommend Darrick Davidson and we will be using them for any HVAC services.
Owen was our service person. He was on time, very knowledgeable about our problem and was able to tell me right away what the problem was. He repaired it to stop the leaking and said we would need a part that had been missing when our furnace was installed. We also asked about the way the furnace filter was installed and he recommended a custom filter holder. We were always informed by Jen in the office about our timeline and our repairs and installation were completed on a timely basis. We purchased a fireplace from Darrick Davidson Mechanical. Mary was amazing in helping us find the best fireplace for our home. Jen was awesome with keeping me updated with the progress of my order and scheduling my install. When it came time for installation Owen went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. He was very professional and when it came to questions we had, he always took his time to explain everything to us. I can’t say thank you enough.
