Recently purchased an RV from Dave at BinBrook RV, and couldn't be happier with my purchase. Being from Nova Scotia I put the deposit down on the RV without seeing it, but based on the pictures, answers to my questions, and details provided. It was exactly as described. Dave had walked through everything in the RV prior to me getting there to make sure everything was working properly. I quickly did my checks of the RV, coordinated paperwork for the purchase with Dave, and I was on the road back to Nova Scotia with my RV. I would recommend BinBrook RV to anyone looking for an RV, the owner was honest and addressed all my concerns and questions, he even assisted after the sale with some questions I had.

Bad experience! Customer service was bad, tried to book and appointment and was told what I was looking for in my price range didn’t exist (9,000) and was talked down to. I’ve found many camper vans and motor homes in great shape in my price range on Kijiji so idk what his deal was. Don’t waste your time go somewhere else.
Excellent selection of stock at very reasonable prices compared to other dealers. Staff is very knowledgeable and got back to us right away as we had dropped by after hours. Pretty sure the web site was clear on that point but we were driving through Caledonia so decided to stop in. We will probably be buying in the near future and will keep Binbrook Auto and RV at the top of the list!
We booked our trailer rental with ease. Trixie was beyond helpful and I always got quick responses to any email's sent. Professional and polite, I would recommend anyone deal with these guys.
By appointment only. Phoned and left messages four times in a Saturday afternoon once we noticed the sign in their locked trailer indicating the need to book. They phoned back twice according to my phone log but didn't even leave a message. Nice looking vans, though, in a gravely industrial lot. Others were there too and we weren't alone in being interested but had to leave because of no sales staff or follow-up.
