Excellent people to deal with. Very honest, went above and beyond what they said they would do, represented the truck well and getting the title and the truck to the States was painless and fast. I would buy another truck from them.
My experience was not great, we purchased a truck from these guys and within 4 months we were at the manufacturer dealership getting the dpf replaced. We had asked them look into the dpf status prior to selling us the truck. They did not. We found out it was completely clogged and need to be replaced. We incurred a bill of 9000 they offered to pay 3000 which was less than what we expected. Since that intial bill I have put in an additional 3000 trying to solve the issues, turbo waste gate, egr valve, faulty dpf wiring that hasn't worked sonce we bought the truck. While I was at the manufacturer dealership they advised me the truck had high hours which were not disclosed to us when we bought it. When approaching them as to why they didn't disclose this info they said they don't have to by OMVIC rules. Very nice, the hours indicate that the km are closer to 350000 not the 161000km on the odometer. Ive tried to sell this truck on the internet and they have spent time making sure that doesn't happen and have gotten people they know to waste my time asking questions and setting dates and not showing up. All I can say is these guys will only do what they have to, to sell the truck. They charge more than what they're worth and wont back their products when things go wrong. The trucks they sell are all used fleet trucks from Penske and Ryder and other local fleet companies. They take these box trucks and put landscape bodies on them. Basically putting lipstick on the pig. I don't advise anyone from purchasing from these individuals all they care about is themselves and robbing business owners with their faulty trucks.
