I would give a zero if I could. Equipment is trash. I spent 70k on JetHeat. At 350 HRS. The machine engine and gearbox failed. I am outside of the 1YR but c’mon 350 Hrs and they do not stand behind it. Stay away if you can.I know as my business grows I will be going a different direction. I am extremely disappointed in the machine itself. Anthony has been a pleasure to work with over there. I’m not sure who is making the overall decisions but they need to rethink the way they look at things 350 HRS is a joke. The parts to fix 4,500. Robbery
