Cadence Music Group/MapleMusic/MerchMkt I ordered a t-shirt as a gift back in early December and it arrived within two weeks but was the wrong size. I sent a photo and email to at least three different email addresses and have yet to receive a response (also followed up via phone but no answer or full inbox). I did connect with someone on Maple Music's Facebook page in early January who enthusiastically told me that they would resolve the issue and that a new shirt was on its way but a month later, I still have not received a correction to my order. I'm really unimpressed at the complete lack of customer service and think that the Tragically Hip should consider using a more reliable service for their merchandising.

Merch MRKT Review Worst customer service ever. Very slow to ship. They never answer their phone line, AND don't return messages nor emails. Stay away. Tragically Hip T-Shirt
