Ordered Benchmade 535 knife online, received the 533 model knife instead (lower quality knife with a lower price). Contacted customer support, and was informed I'd be credited the difference in price three weeks after contacting them. A month later I have not been reimbursed, and when I contacted them again they said I would \probably\ receive the refund in the next four weeks. The customer service folks were helpful, but apparently this issue is with the finance department. Regardless, this is my first and last purchase from Cabela's.

Big and organized store, knowledgeable staffs. Only retailer to hold numerous model of fishing gears and equipments, which were not available in other retailers such Canadian Tire CT, Sail. I went there from Montreal, found the rod and reel I wanted. Big retailer in QC such LeBaron (closed), Sail closing many location - almost no fishing rods and reel left and CT only sells limited model. Only negative about Cabela, same rod or reel sold by CT, CT had lower price on few items.

Great staff always ready to help answer any questions. The one stop shop for everything outdoors. Excellent place to find everything for archery. Nearly impossible to leave without buying something
