This is a late entry, I finally got the time to rate their services. The workers; nurses, front desk, secretary, doctors there all work as one team and the doctors are so patient and kind. They really do make you feel welcomed and they take the time to understand your situation and acknowledge that we are all human beings, we are all women, and are there to help. They've kept updated with me even when it was out of their hands to ensure that I was okay. I'd like to thank everyone there for their support and kindness. They really did go the extra mile.

They're extremely nice and wonderful. From nurse to doctor and to counsellor. I did not have to wait for so long to be called (just about 10 minutes). Everything goes smoothly, the nurse will make sure you know everything and even write it down for you. The staffs are respectful, nice, and welcome everyone here. Highly recommended
Wow Cabbagetown Women's Clinic was the best. At the moment I'm not eligible for Ohip which can be a stressful period but the stuff where soo helpful and made sure I was ok paying for certain tests. All staff in the facility were amazing, friendly, kind and showed love and support. From the moment I walked into the clinic I felt the love the lady at the front door was very friendly, the reception dest staff were very organized and helpful. I meet the manger as I had to discuss a test, the manager was also very friendly and helpful. The counselor was amazing too, I really appreciated our meeting before the abortion. I was super nervous for the surgery abortion but the doctors and nurses were so supportive. The staff at the clinic were respectful. The clinic is very clean and Follows covid-19 social distances and codes of conduct. I would highly recommend visiting this clinic even if you have to travel a little distance which I did. I would rate this place 10 out of 10
I was misdiagnosed. I went to this clinic and the doctor who did my ultrasound told me that I had bubbles in my Uterus, which meant that I needed to get a Surgical abortion done so that they could send my blood work to a pathologist (Mind it, I went their to get a Medical abortion done as I was 3-4 weeks pregnant). Of course, I had a hard time believing this so my husband and I decided to leave that place and go elsewhere. We then went to a different clinic and they saw no bubbles, and I successfully had my medical abortion done!!! Hello, what are you trying to do to your patients? I do not recommend this place to anyone. Please choose your abortion clinics wisely.
Wait was unusually long but hard to blame them with covid and following proper protocols. The nicest staff, non judgmental and very caring. Did everything in their power to make me feel comfortable and I really appreciated their personal touches. Highly recommend!
